稍後給前台打電話問是什麼情況，回答是工作疏忽了。我説一會到前台説吧，等我到了前台，又告訴我説，是上一個顧客把紙拿走了，我忽然明白了，這是房間沒收拾就接着安排給我了呀，我非常不滿意，我問前台怎麼辦，前台説留個電話，稍後讓店長聯繫我，我是4日入住，今天是9號了，連個道歉都沒有，還店長給我聯繫什麼的，就是為了打發我離店啊。明天給如家客服打電話投訴這家店。奉勸大家，遠離如家，遠離這家店。

天津乘機，住了一晚。一般的快捷酒店，入住和離店都很方便，樓下有家包子鋪，但特別建議去拐個直角彎那家，乾淨衞生。樓下幾十米有公交站，帶孩子出行也很方便。中規中矩。另外，離天大南開都不是用走的。
