The hygiene was excellent, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They even gave us two complimentary breakfasts when they saw I had two kids with me, and snacks for the baby during checkout. Absolutely fantastic!

The hotel isn't very wheelchair-friendly! There are a few steps at the entrance. If the front desk is busy, there's no one to help you carry things up! I suggest adding a removable ramp!! No air conditioning the day before the May Day holiday! The west-facing room was incredibly hot!! The staff explained that AC only starts from May 1st~~ sigh. The room facilities are pretty good though! Overall, it was still quite comfortable.

I've stayed at Atour many times, and this was by far the worst experience. It didn't feel like an Atour hotel at all.
