The location is near the CapitalMall and close to the good restaurants around Five Great Avenues. It’s also close to a metro station.

The location is excellent. You are about 5 minutes walk from the Five Great Avenues, and the subway is just outside the building, although on the other side, and the bus stop is just across the street. The check in is also contactless. All the information you need will be given online(through WeChat for me since I've been using it). Probably the easiest check in you will find in China. The room was very clean. I've heard the view was great but I only got a view of the opposite building, so I guess it depends on your luck. Nevertheless, all the things you need will be there, including a fridge and washing machine. Not to mention a mall is right below you, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. For the cleaning, someone will come around noon and the owner will text you about it beforehand.

Great place to stay. Near malls and lots of restaurants. I stay 8 days, 7 nights. The owner helps a lot on asking venues and places of interest easy access. There is Metro at Basement 1. Near WuDaDao .

I come here every time I'm on a business trip. Check-in is very convenient, and the room has a Siemens washing machine, which is great for laundry – very friendly for frequent business travelers. Downstairs, there are plenty of grocery stores, fruit stands, and small supermarkets. It's easy to buy some fruit and beer and store them in the fridge. The housekeeper is also very friendly and provides especially thoughtful service.

The room is spacious and the location is excellent; you don't even need to go outside to get to the subway station! These advantages alone completely outweigh any minor issues. It's a top choice for families with kids and seniors, as you can just take the elevator down to the B1 level for dining and shopping.

Great stay with my family of 4, though the bed was a bit hard. Location was perfectly located on top of a mall and the metro station with direct line to Tianjin South station. Also it was very close to Wudadao, which was optimal for first time Tianjin visitors like us. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive and took great care of us with whatever we needed. There was a washing machine with laundry detergent provided. I recommend this stay to all who is visiting Tianjin.
