天津站附近，設施有些陳舊，服務非常好，總的來説還不錯。電話已經變得黃色了，還黏糊糊的，空調出風口也是黃色的污漬。

2005年裝修的酒店，真的是很臟亂很破舊，後悔不應該圖便宜。本來想訂300多的漢庭，後來看到有早餐於是取消了，選擇這家是因為他沒早餐，房費才200多。來到天津嘛，肯定想去西北角吃正宗早餐，誰想吃酒店的早餐呀！
進門發現牀頭櫃以及地上都有上一個顧客吃剩的食物殘渣。床頭櫃上有半截幹掉的麪條，地上有蒜皮蒜須，還有一些亂七八糟的，很噁心。床頭也全是灰。
電話已經由白色變成黑黃色了，黏糊糊的，一摸就粘手，像塗了一層膠水似的。話筒居然拿不起來，被粘在話機上了，不知道有多久沒人用了才能粘上！
空調出風口底下全是黃黃的污漬，很噁心，像尿漬似的。
窗户把手摸一下，手上全是黑。紗窗上一層層厚厚的毛毛，不知道多久沒人清理過了。
吹風機由白色變成現在的黑黃色，沒有20年歷史我是不信的。
以後不會住這家了！

擦了桌子濕巾都黑了，窗簾也很特別，兩片甚至不一樣，洗手枱那個龍頭也是很破破的，大廳的感應門也是不怎麼靈敏，整個一年久失修，哦對了，空調遙控器也不靈敏。這些都算了，如果你想知道睡橋洞有什麼噪音，就來這住吧，真的特別吵，頭頂全是路邊車子的聲音。

位置挺好的，就在意式風景區對面而且步行就可以去津灣廣場看夜景，樓下有飯店和便利店，離得天津站也很近交通非常便利。

1.設備很老，換了兩間房子，空調都不行，睡一宿倆人凍感冒了
2.衞生很差，有臭腳丫子味兒
3.很冷很冷，酒店大廳很暖，但是客房一個比一個冷，不知道為什麼，是不是花費都在大廳了……
