清明假期的價格實惠，面積雖然不大，但佈局合理，乾濕分離，床品挺舒服的。還有小冰箱。電梯挺快的。
位置很好找，距離9號線輕軌塘沽站不遠，附近有秀谷商業中心、洋貨市場，免費停車。入住退房都很快。

酒店位置很好，馬路對面就是洋貨市場。樓前後都有停車場，車位充足，住客憑停車票免費。院內有8個充電樁，是國網快充的，不過充電要白天去，晚上會停滿非充電車輛。房間設施雖然有些舊但是比較齊全，該有的都有，勝在性價比。

酒店位置挺好，位於濱海新區，附近有飯店，商業體，加油站，院子停車場大，自駕比較方便，訂的雙標間，酒店房間太小了，早餐一般，但是春節200不到能訂到，性價比比較高了。老碼頭的海鷗就兩三衹，可能我們9點去太早了，海鷗還沒營業吧。

酒店地理位置靠近地鐵站，且網站排名比較靠前，還是掛牌的四星酒店，房價不高，離航母相對近一些，下午抵達安排進了六樓的房間，晚上吃過飯回酒店小朋友先洗澡，結果洗完出來就躲被子裏叫冷，立馬和客房中心反饋，説要放水20分鐘以上才能有温度😖，然後衹開熱水又放了半小時後淋浴房還是一點熱氣都沒有。最後經過溝通換了7樓中間的房間，雖然達不到有熱氣的程度，至少手持花灑離近點水是熱的能湊合洗一下，詢問了説這個水温那麼多住店客人從來沒有人説過冷😓，如果是温泉泡澡，體温三十七八度的水是可以的，但是淋浴這個温度，而且是冬季，誰受得了呀😢。畢竟是三十年的老酒店了，房間設施整體比較陳舊，衹能説價格在那邊不能計較太多，但是熱水洗澡這是最基本的。
