設施：空調老化嚴重，制暖效果差的很。
衞生：衞生情況有點堪憂，一些角落裡還是有點臟
環境：環境就那樣吧，不能説新
服務：前台服務差，房間衞生不説就不打掃
建議大家慎選！！！

從外地來天津旅遊，當時因為到的比較早，正好趕上酒店有富餘房間所以辦理的提前4小時入住，退房的時候沒有注意時間，退房又晚了1個小時，都沒有收費[鼓掌]，等於花了1份錢多入住了5個小時。酒店位置比較好找，離9號線5號線直沽站步行200米，4號線六緯路站步行也才300米，位置絕佳，出行超方便。前台小姐姐和客房阿姨也都很和藹，比較聊得來，（主要我也不是一個事多的人，房間保持的也很乾凈）雖然房間設施不能和智能酒店相比，畢竟價格實在便宜，還承諾我下次再來給我優惠呢！性價比超高！周邊的小館子從團購平台看還比較多，基本都在榜。還有一個金茂滙商場可以逛逛，有家川菜還不錯哦！[呲牙] 總結一下，環境還不錯（周邊出行地鐵去哪兒都方便，小館兒也多）服務很贊（有求必應，耐心指引旅行路線）設施還行吧（這個價錢不能要求太高，基本酒店用品都有）衞生乾淨（打掃的很乾凈，如果哪不乾淨讓阿姨再給打掃一下也沒問題）值得下次再來！！！[強]

打分都是基於價格來浮動決定的，不可能以五星的標準來點評各個檔次住店。這家店對於這個價格，是比較優秀的。暖氣温度正合適，一樓窗外是建築，看不到啥。熱水和水量很足，洗澡舒服。周邊早餐店，超市，菜場等應有盡有，地鐵和車站也很近。另外，入住時候的一些彎彎繞其實大可不必。有操作可以直接明説，沒必要亂來。總體不錯。
