The room was nice but far too hot and it is not possible to get the room temperature below 26-27 degrees and the windows are locked. Made it impossible to sleep all night.

Location and the service was great. Room was clean. There was a heating problem as we couldn’t adjust our AC. However the staff did try to accommodate us every chance they got. Overall a fantastic stay and I would stay here again

I came to Tianjin for an outing during the holidays and chose the R&F Wanda Vista Hotel on the Haihe River. I arrived early, and Keith at the front desk contacted us in advance and reserved a room for us. Not only did he upgrade it, but he also gave us a lot of benefits.
