民宿位置很不錯～熱門景點和餐廳步行幾分鐘都可以到～周邊還有很多好吃的小吃，很適合帶小朋友來逛～衚衕裏拍照很出片～
四合院的中式風格裝修真的很nice，鬧中取靜～
一般住這樣的民宿最好的待遇就是遇上一個好老闆，果真不然，又是喝茶又是水果，體驗十分不錯～
房間乾淨整潔，衞生方面超級滿意～

帶孩子出來轉轉，選擇果真正確無比。坐在院子裏喝茶聽音樂，孩子歡騰的跑。可以在古鎮景區裏隨意的狂，周邊小吃挺多，累了就回院子休息。景區中的民宿，特別強調的衞生好、老闆服務好！

房間衞生乾淨，有地暖，我們是春節期間大年初六來住的。非常暖和，屋裡邊很舒適。主人王先生的服務特別好，我們到了之後。接我們停好了車，下午辦理的入住，早上的早餐乾淨衞生，吃的也挺舒服。房間還給準備了三炮台。下次準備夏天的時候來這裏，在院子裏坐着，有一棵大樹，在那裡乘涼一定很舒適，這裡邊是鬧中取靜，離院子不遠就離楊柳青的燈會，離楊柳青的春節廟會的飲食一條街也很近，另外旁邊有一個萬和居餐廳，包子及老爆三也很好吃。所以在吉祥院子住着挺方便的，很好。推薦。

最棒的一次民宿體驗，房間和小院乾淨整潔，地理位置好，在古鎮裏面，周圍也有很多特色和老字號餐飲，逛吃方便，鬧中取靜，休閑養心的好地方。榻榻米的床寬敞舒適，房間裏是地暖很暖和。過年住幾天，感受到了温馨，老闆人很好，熱情爽朗友好，孩子非常喜歡這裏的環境和氣氛！

衞生：房間乾淨整潔，是標準的北方四合院落式民宿。雖然是民宿但是老闆把衞生都弄得很乾凈，讓人放心。酒店床品和潔具也都很乾凈。對於輕微潔癖人士來説都很滿意。
環境：訂的是大床套房，房間在一個四合院落裏，開門就是院子，從院子出去就是熱鬧的衚衕，離周邊幾個景點都很方便。很有北方特色，對於從南方來的遊客來説，也是很新奇的體驗感。
服務：老闆十分親切，我們入住當天因為自己原因是半夜才到的。老闆依舊在耐心等我們入住。到了以後還熱心的和我們聊了一會，交代設施怎麼使用。讓南方遊客深深體會了北方的熱情好客。下次如果再到天津，一定還選擇吉祥院子

客觀評價：因為其實周圍可以住的地方很多。這些年，每年來楊柳青2次～看到了這個還退了別的酒店，當時選中還是為了心裏小小的儀式感，早餐一般全部品種如圖。
房間應該12.13平的樣子很小，房間衹能放下床和各自離50cm的牆，床離衞生間不到1米的樣子～
不過温度上還可以，有地暖，房間是乾淨的，晚上睡覺，還是會有平房的凍臉感
院子是好看的，如果可以坐在外邊，喝喝茶，可能會好點，因為楊柳青不大，冬天住屬實性價比不高
如果實在想體驗推薦定大的房間，如果衹剩小房間了，可以選擇周邊酒店～
