一.上個客人的頭髮還在，他噁心了，杯子倒着放，杯子下面都是頭髮 ，多噁心吧
二.沒有熱水，誰懂啊 沒有熱水，沒有熱水怎麼洗頭髮？怎麼洗澡？真的很無語
三，除了衞生間外 其他地方更臟，很噁心
四，被子上還有血漬，請問都不洗嘛？
五，凳子上 特別臟，真的 沒洗過一樣
六，鏡子也特別臟，……真的
七，酒店毛巾與酒店名稱都不符合，真的特別破
八，充電器都插不住，插口也有問題，空調也不好用
真的不知道怎麼來的好評、刷的嗎？僱人刷的嗎？我真無語了，這輩子都不想再住了，特別不符！！！

基本設施齊全，衞生不錯，服務人員態度也都很好，可以免費停車，周邊吃的也挺多，離地鐵站步行幾分鐘可以到的

位置還是比較好找，就在成林道往左拐，就能看見有個大牌子挺亮眼。
衞生： 衞生説的過去，這也算是一個老酒店了。開了好多年了。
停車： 停車很方便。
房間大小： 房間還可以，還算比較整潔。

來天津選擇了一家離得近的酒店，裝修挺好的，酒店外觀有種東南亞的風格，可能跟門口兩個大象有關係[憨笑] 住在一樓，側面是個小花園，看着很舒心 房間裏面設施齊全，衞生間是智能調控水温的系統，淋浴花灑像個民國的電話，很有特色，洗漱用品也好用～ 床很舒服，睡的很香，唯一缺點就是無線網不太好，電視也不能看網絡點播，衹能看幾個數字信號的台

差到極致
1.衞生：剛入住的時候，床底就有瓜子皮，衞生間幹不想進去，各個角落裡都是長期不打掃的污垢。超級臟。
2.體驗：入住晚上突然停電，長達3小時。所有住房客人都下來到前台溝通。一片混亂。還有客人報警解決。
3.服務：這點比衞生更可氣，第二天退房時。我們希望酒店因為昨天的停電給一些説法，再或者是一個態度。酒店前台服務人員回覆語氣及其讓人接受不了。
（1）説自己今天剛剛接班，不清楚昨天發生的事情
（2）説你們可以投訴，投訴也沒用，昨天警察來了都管不了
（3）説自己衹是一個打工的，什麼都不知道。不要為難她，這個我們也理解，那我們説，你把經理找出來。他説他剛來上班，不知道自己的領導是誰，沒有聯繫方式。
還有很多細節，我不一一詳述了，總之希望攜程和貴酒店聯繫，希望可以把衞生搞好，服務人員加強培訓。讓今後的客人能有好的體驗感。為天津的城市形象和攜程平台的信譽以及貴酒店的企業形象更進一步！
住酒店一般都是旅行或者差旅，約會。大家住的是體驗，為的是好心情，誰都不想給對方找麻煩，開開心心何樂不為。但是突發問題來臨的時候。我覺得既然是開門做生意，又做的是酒店和服務行業，希望貴酒店可以有一些責任感，有一些擔當。做好服務，讓每一位客人都可以有好的體驗，而不是推卸，和一些敷衍的話。
一些個人的建議，個人覺得比較客觀，希望可以改善！

衞生條件差的無敵 都別花冤枉錢住了 端午節一晚上250元就這個條件？都沒有旅館好了 ！剛入住的環境 衞生間都沒打掃 衹剩一間房了還沒有wifi 快11.30晚上了告訴我又有一個人沒住可以給我換一樓 我想知道大晚上累一天了換來換去 還不如把衞生好好搞搞，床單上也有頭髮 真垃圾
