周邊環境還可以，挺安靜，酒店衞生還不錯，出門交通也便利，到五大道遊玩比較方便。不足之處就是沒想到這季節有蚊子，被蚊子叮兩大包。建議可以給客人房間預備上幾片蚊香片。

房間無線網壞了，當天就反映了，服務員給了兩個密碼就完事了，直到第三天才修復；衞生間毛巾架掉了就不安裝了，衹剩兩個釘子；要增加兩瓶飲用水，前台服務員要另外收錢。

第一次來天津，陪孩子來參加醫科大的夏令營，網上搜尋學校附近的酒店，推薦佳品五大道店，下機後訂這酒店，附近都是居民樓、小巷子，去五大道又方便，附近小巷裡有早餐，很接地氣，是瞭解天津居民的早餐好去處，對我來説，吃得下能吃飽，但早餐品種比不上兩廣。

房間還可以，很大，設施稍舊。位置很棒，離五大道很近。周圍買東西也比較便利，700米左右有地鐵站，鬧中取靜。
