家人出遊，所以選了這個，有2室一廳。設施比較老了，維護的也一般，淋浴間的蓮蓬頭直接來了個瀑布浴......

離濱海站6公里左右，打車15元左右。房間很大，一個大客廳，有陽台還有晾衣桿，兩間大卧室都有獨立衞生間，家用電器一應俱全，很方便，很適合帶娃帶長者出行，體感感不錯！下次來還會考慮選這家！前台人員服務也挺好的！好評

首先，要給個超大好評👍
房間很大，卧室和客廳面積都不小，兩室一廳佈局合理，特別適合和長者一塊帶娃出行，方便一塊照顧幼齡小童。
設施設備齊全，冰箱、洗衣機、微波爐、電磁爐、電烤箱、熱水機啥的都有，我們忘記給孩子帶廚具，就沒有用，有就很棒！
衞生打掃得蠻乾淨的。
房間卡和電梯卡方便外出，又保證安全（衹能到達自己的樓層）。
適合自駕，院裏可以免費停車，比較方便。
價格合適，感覺住有所值。
沒有早餐，可以附近逛逛吃吃。
感覺可以提升的點:
室內主燈有點暗，雖然酒店一般都暗，但是比較是公寓類的，要是亮一點會更好。
次卧有個儲藏間，裏面牆皮掉落了，雖然用不到，但是感覺有點怕怕的😂可以打掃一下。
整體上是五分好評，推薦入住

1、地理位置比較合適，靠近主幹道，開車很方便，周邊吃飯地方也比較多，去周邊景點都很便利；
2、大院停車免費，但是地方不算太大，車位晚上可能不太夠，環境比較幽靜，晚上睡覺不吵；
3、房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，但是洗澡水燒的慢一點，空調冷熱切換可能慢一點；
4、前台服務周到熱情，雖然房間裏沒有電話；
5、總體來説性價比很高，適合家庭住宿。

客觀評價:衞生條件不行，鍋上，茶几上都一層厚厚的灰塵，電視連不上網絡，看不了，衞生間熱水放半天才有，優勢是2室一廳面積大適合家庭出行，四百多的價格，綜合下來性價比不高。

好大的主卧，有點西式的風格，還真的可以做飯。出去吃飯很方便，很適合一家人住，下次去濱海還會選擇這裏。
