We chose this Ji Hotel for our business trip. From check-in, the two guests were only given one set of toiletries. When we tried to call the front desk, we found that the landline in the room was just for show and not connected to the phone line, so we couldn't contact the front desk at all. We could only contact them through the official Ctrip number. The front desk did not change our room or the phone number. After showering, we found that the hairdryer was not working properly and would short-circuit after a while. We called the number online again to contact the front desk to change it.
