我分了幾個維度來評價一下吧
價格：就民宿而言 這個價格我覺得算很合理的（地方很大，該有的都有，我房間裏有兩個射燈壞了，但問題不大）和現在動不動4.500一晚起步的房間 我覺得性價比算是很高的了。有微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱，非常合適家庭出遊。
房間設施：我定的應該算是基礎款，裝修一點老（感覺應該是00年前的裝修）但是看店家的標註應該是有新裝修的房間（價錢相應會貴一點）。浴巾毛巾已經發硬了，建議介意的最好自備（我是習慣性自備的所以問題不大）。但是被罩、床單、枕罩很新，而且我檢查了一下很乾凈[Cute][Cute][Cute]。
位置：這其實也是性價比高的原因之一，就在海河邊，晚上溜達着就能去景區打卡！交通也很方便，地鐵站就在旁邊，步行最多5分鐘就能上車。出酒店，走十來分鐘就是美食城。
特注：一層不是前台！！！一定要提前聯繫老闆，加微信！微信搖人秒回！非常方便！這個很重要！！
另：老闆那邊好幾衹肥咪，懶呼呼的，超可愛！

房間很大，位置距離各個景點走路都差不多是半小時左右，交通也很方便，公交地鐵都很近，但是天津怎麼説呢很多景點距離地鐵超級遠走路去找地鐵的時間都夠我走回酒店了。房間裏面設施很齊全。帶孩子出行超級方便，推薦。

距離天津站、五大道、意風區、古文化街等景點的車程十分鐘左右，周邊吃飯購物都很方便。
很多店對晚上入住時間有限制，但是這家店老闆非常負責，晚上十一點多入住，都安排的妥妥的。
室內的裝修應該是有個把年頭了，但是勝在乾淨。衞生間、浴室、洗臉盆是分區的，所以就算四個人入住，也很方便。
洗衣機，煙機灶具一應俱全，雖然我們沒有用到，但是看着準備的這麼齊全，還是挺有好感的哦。
圖片和實景一樣，所以本人也就偷懶沒再拍照，下次再來還是會選擇這裏的。

設施：跟圖片沒有差距，我最喜歡的是浴室和衞生巾是兩個分開的房間，彼此不影響，整個屋子採光很通透，空調給的很足
衞生：非常良好，商家給準備了一次性拖鞋和馬桶墊，真的很貼心，其餘的一次性用品也都很齊全，房間很乾凈
環境：交通還是比較方便的，附近有地鐵站，樓下便利店東西不算很全吧但也能解一些燃眉之急
服務：商家態度真的很好，這次旅途遇到的天津人都很友善，是一次很愉快的旅程

設施：特別齊全，有冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐，在屋裡也能喝到冰飲料。
衞生：非常乾淨整潔。
環境：環境舒適，入住非常便利，超安心。
服務：老闆特別熱情，不知道哪裡有小吃，老闆都推薦的特別詳細，離地鐵站很近，周圍交通方便，飯店，便利店都很近，附近還有商超之類的，去河邊看景走路騎車都方便，離碼頭也不遠，旅遊的朋友放心入住吧。之前忘記拍房間了大家看看窗台吧，哈哈哈哈，房間很大超讚的！

晚上臨時找的公寓，老闆人很好，是位愛寵人士，而且公寓安全性很高，必須要認識的人下來接你上去，房間也很乾凈，體驗還不錯。

房間跟照片沒有什麼區別，很寬敞，行李放在飄窗上收拾很方便，衞生整體上也挺好的。設施上有兩點提一點小意見，一個是床墊比較一般，從上面直接能摸到彈簧，我躺着的時候腳跟會剛好卡在兩個彈簧之間😂另一點就是微波爐裏面有很多之前熱過的食物殘留，最好能經常清潔一下。酒店位置交通方便，公交站和地鐵站都是走路幾分鐘的距離，樓下也有共享單車，但是又背街，很安靜。前台24小時有人在，老闆人很好，辦入住前和退房後都給寄存行李，還借用了他們的冰箱放打包的菜，前前後後找了前台好多次態度都很好。還有三衹胖貓隨便擼，超可愛～到天津旅遊推薦這裏住哦
