Tianjin Jizhou District 4-star Hotels

There are mountains, waters and fruit trees outside the window. The hotel is very close to Panshan Scenic Area and the famous temple Dule Temple and Baita Temple. The sales actively introduce the tourist attractions that can be arranged for the reservation of the room. We are afraid that we will forget and wrote a note; the front desk provides free parking scan code, and there are pick time signs outdoors. Due to the sudden discomfort in the afternoon of the check-in day, it was already more than nine o'clock in the evening when I went to the hospital for inspection. The manager on duty arranged for the kitchen to leave someone to make delicious soup and millet porridge, which was very warm; The next day, the general manager of the hotel specially arranged to upgrade the suite for free. I lived in the room where Jingbairan had once lived in the movie. I felt the warmth of home. The picture with Wu Jing is Mr. Pang, the general manager of the hotel.

What can I say, the environment is good. But the attitude of the waiter is cold. If you say that the service is not good, it's fine, but the driver feels cold. I am a temporary accommodation, relatively close to the destination. So I booked this hotel, I thought the waiters in this environment should be very enthusiastic, but it is far from... that is, everything else is ok, but the service needs to be strengthened

This is a homestay that will definitely come again. Don't look at the price, but the service you enjoy is also very cost-effective. Since the stay for three days, the details have felt ”exquisite, attentive and quality”. 1. Facilities: large floor-to-ceiling windows, mousse mattresses and thousands of yuan quilts, Hengjie showers and smart toilets, smart electric curtains, floor heating, Martha's stereo, etc., are all good quality facilities; 2. Supplies: L'Occitane full toiletries, wooden toothbrushes, combs, care packages, stool slippers and cloth slippers, thick bath towels and bathrobes, benchmark international five-star hotel, bottled water is VOSS and Baisuishan, but I prefer that bamboo-made warm bottle; 3. Meal: The room rate includes three meals, the dishes made by the Marriott chef. Anyway, I have not eaten many dishes in so many restaurants outside. Even if I have eaten occasionally, the taste is better than the taste of the restaurant. The chef’s craftsmanship is absolutely perfect. I have gained three pounds in weight these days. The eldest sister’s pancakes, White corn porridge, various pasta, firewood roasted sweet potatoes, but all eaten, very delicious and natural ingredients, I have never seen such a delicate ”farmhouse dish”, absolutely called the ceiling level; 4. Entertainment alms: Let’s talk about the hot springs first. The big pool is soaked. When there are not many people, it is basically a private venue. The water of the whole homestay, including the water of the hot springs and the water for bathing, is the spring water pumped by the boss himself, so the skin is very silky when washing the body, but there is no sulfur hot spring that slips too much. In winter, I came to the hot springs. The moment after the water, I felt that I had the world and put another music... I really enjoyed the comfort and quietness of the moment; in addition, there are KTV, mahjong tables, many books... Even if I don’t want to climb the mountain, I will be quiet in the hotel. It’s not boring; There are also astronomical telescopes, watching the stars at night, there is a large terrace, watching the sunrise in the morning, looking forward to the time to pass slowly, and then slower... In the past three days, there are quite ”” seven days in the mountain, the world has been thousands of years” quiet and decompression, plus the comfortable environment and food, properly healed the depression in weekday work, the homestay here is here, and it will definitely come again. Up to the boss, down to the housekeeper and the chef are so patient, Also very enthusiastic, not thinking that my old mother has been talking, very loving. I have also lived in many high-end hotels at home and abroad. This time, the various details of this homestay are really amazing. In short, although it is this homestay selected by the rating, it is really worth it when you come!

Encountered this villa, and it felt good to watch it online. After staying in, I feel more satisfied. The atmosphere and clean Chinese style, whether indoor or outdoor environment is carefully designed, makes people comfortable and relaxing. The food is delicious and must be a professional chef. The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

Westin hotel facilities, service angel quality, and some business hotels are very different. A wide variety of breakfasts, new room facilities, comfortable beds, and overall excellent value for money was a very satisfying experience. Extra bed available, parking at the door, close to several subway stations, 7 or 8 minutes walk.

Disappointing. 1. Was greeted poorly upon arrival by front desk staff who not only spoke close to no English but had terrible attitudes. 2. We were initially ignored when we said we wanted to check in and were only attended to, albeit rather rudely, when we repeated ourselves. 3. It totally spoiled our first impression of The St. Regis as we expected at the very least, basic courtesy at check in from an establishment which brands itself as a ”luxury hotel” 4. The front desk staff's command of English was so poor that they told us check out time was at 8pm, only corrected after we clarified. The staff was also unable to confirm if payment was made, and we had to type it out on our phones to verify that payment will be deducted from a deposit. 5. None of the other usual information (eg. Wifi details, pool/gym opening hours was relayed to us). 6. Poor cleanliness at some areas: Additionally, plates at breakfast were dirty (brown liquid stains on them) and there was litter in the elevators. 7. Management really ought to invest in training the staff better. 8. On our part, we really would not recommend visitors to Tianjin to stay at The St. Regis. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.
