The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the Binhai New Area, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a stylish French-style decor, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. I'd like to thank the front desk staff for their warm and attentive service; my elderly mother forgot her kettle in the room, and Ms. Shi at the front desk kindly mailed it to her home. Check-in was quick and efficient. The breakfast selection was extensive, a fusion of Chinese and Western options, especially the croissants, which were very authentic. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Binhai. I also want to mention the mini-bars, each with its own unique features.

Facilities: The room facilities are quite good and easy to use. It is also equipped with Baidu's smart screen, but it is not linked to the curtains and lights, so I can only use it to play videos for my children. 🤣 In addition, it is recommended to change the trash can to a larger one. The trash can is really a bit small for a family of three... Hygiene: It's okay, but after entering the room, I found that there were stains on the floor that were not cleaned up. It may be that there were too many people during the May Day holiday, so they didn't clean it carefully. Environment: It is convenient to park downstairs. Although there is no special parking lot, there are free parking spaces on the roadside. Service: emmmmm needs to be improved. The room was cleaned up and the quilt was not re-laid.
