I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

From choosing a room to checking out, I was very satisfied with this stay. Because there are elderly people, the sister at the front desk kindly arranged the room type without steps. During the check-in process, the service was thoughtful. The little robot quickly delivered water and slippers under the instructions of the waiter. When leaving the store, the concierge Mr. Bu Yao helped us store the salute, and then helped us take the salute outside to help us settle down. There was a long queue at check-in, and the lady at the front desk upgraded the suite for free, which is great! The sign of the hotel's underground parking lot is extremely unclear and confusing, especially the exit sign. The parking lot is useless! 3. After watching the concert, I wanted to go back to the room to take a bath, but the piston of the bathtub was broken, and there was no way to repair it in the middle of the night, so I had to give up! There are only a few tissues in the tissue box in the bedroom and they are gone! 4. After checking out in the afternoon, I ordered pasta and pear juice in the lobby. I really waited for the flowers to wither, and it took almost 40 minutes to serve the meal. This time, the whole banquet was prepared! The waiter told me that the back kitchen didn't see the order at first! I'm drunk too! The checkout plus service fee will cost more than two hundred! I won't comment on the taste!
