First, the pros: The ladies at the front desk were all very nice, providing thoughtful and enthusiastic service. They even greeted guests proactively in the elevator. The room attendant was also great. On my second day, I told her I had a cold and wanted some hot water, asking if she could give me a few extra bottles. She brought me three or four, which was really helpful. Now for the cons: I stayed for 3 nights. On the first night, the AC in my fourth-floor room wasn't heating even after running for over half an hour. I called the hotel, and they sent an engineer to fix it. He also fixed the broken main light in the room. Unexpectedly, at midnight, the AC broke again and stopped heating. I woke up freezing and got a terrible headache from the cold the next day. After waking up cold, I called the front desk to ask for an engineer to come look at it. The different engineer who came that night explained that it's normal for the hotel's AC. But seriously, what kind of AC stops blowing warm air and heating for several hours straight??? On the second day, due to noise from next door, I switched to a fifth-floor room. The AC there worked fine; it was also an inverter AC, but it would automatically heat up after a short pause. The AC remote and the time it took to heat up were also much more responsive than in the original room. It's normal for things in a hotel to be broken, but they shouldn't just go through the motions and tell guests, ”There's no problem, that's just how it is.” In summary, the hotel's overall facilities lack proper training and regular maintenance.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location was fantastic. It's right on a bustling commercial street, with the large Tianhe shopping mall to the right, and attractions like the Porcelain House, Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, and Jinwan Plaza all nearby.
