房間設施老舊 空調噪音大 衞生做的還可以
服務：辦理入住的一共兩位 有三個男客人是醉酒狀態 説話聲音有點大 另一個辦理入住的接待員就在一邊抱怨 説客户聲音太大了吵的她頭疼。
最起碼的職業素養 不能當著別的客人的麪去説議論其他客人。

本來不想説的，每次出差過來住這家店，這次實在是太住傷了，以後再也不來了，估計是店太老了吧，也不檢修一下，首發説説那個空調實在不想説了，開了一晚上温度都沒起來過一值在19-20度，外面零下7度啊。再來説説熱水，啥熱水衹能説是温水，勉強可以洗。再來説説床單看圖片，不想多説。這個價格不值得。

我們一行4人入住維也納國際酒店兩晚，住1308和1312房間，其中一間是免費升級的。酒店華麗，設施總體很好，乾淨整潔。雖處市中心，但房間內安靜，透過落地窗即見東湖秀麗的全景。停車位很多，工作人員亦很熱情。美中不足的是昨晚1308號房水龍頭被凊洗水箱的渣子堵住，雖經來人處理仍然不暢，水龍頭與面盆錯位。慶幸的是前台工作人員虛心按受意見並道歉，還補償4份早餐，所以我們仍給予好評。
