這個酒店住着比較舒適，房間乾淨又衞生，裝修設計也很不錯，老闆態度也很好，入住時預訂的房間還沒收拾好，前台免費升級，前台服務員小馬也非常陽光熱情，服務很周到！酒店在市中心，後面就是古城，離伏羲廟走路15分鐘左右，離網紅早餐巷和麻辣燙都很近。酒店服務人員都很友好，尤其我的行李箱拉手鉚釘掉了，服務員小馬幫我找配件、修好，真的很貼心🌹🌹

房間體驗感非常差！我跟小孩一夜未睡 開始是娃一直撓身上我還沒注意，後來我也越睡越癢 一直撓到下半夜，發現床單上有很多顆粒、沙子，房間設施很舊 很多燈和開關都是壞的，房間沒有窗户 晚上睡起來又悶又熱 感覺吸不上氣很不舒服，定的時候知道沒有窗户但是特意打電話給前台説明帶了孩子希望安排一個稍微好一點的房間 就算沒有安排 花了兩百多也不至於這麼差吧，旁邊不知道是什麼地方 大清早六點左右就有人炸東西的聲音 很吵！屋子隔音也很差 樓道的人走路説話都能聽得見！一夜未眠 體驗感太差了 兩百多沒住過這麼差的酒店！牀頭櫃有異味 窗台燈和充電插座也是壞的，不知道之前的好評都是怎麼來的！！再也不會住這家店了！

看網上開業時間挺久對環境心裏沒報太大期望，主要想着地理位置優越，去哪都方便，但到了酒店感覺挺物超所值的，房間環境衞生都不錯。訂的時候看的入住時間是14點以後，結果早上到的早，想着先寄存下行李。酒店前台服務很人性化，告訴我訂的房型已經有人退房了，可以讓客房阿姨馬上打掃，讓我去旁邊育生巷吃個天水特色早餐回來就可以辦理入住，或者可以大廳休息一會好了叫我，等了大概半小時就辦理了入住。我訂的無窗的主打一個經濟實惠，但房間也不悶，設施也挺齊全，拍了兩張圖片給大家參考。天水是個文化底藴特別豐厚的城市，麻辣燙也很好吃，這家酒店也不錯，門口還給外地遊客免費送礦泉水，推薦給大家

太棒了，離伏羲廟很近，步行10分鐘左右到，旁邊就是天水古城，胡氏故居。四合院，和平麻辣燙都可以步行到，地理位置很好。酒店設施很好，還有水果，糖果和養生八寶茶。前台小姐姐好熱情，很耐心的跟我們説距離，怎麼去有什麼吃的，賓至如歸，這次的體驗感太棒了，下次還要去，臨走時見我喜歡喝八寶茶，還送了我們三包😍😍
一定不要錯過育生巷的早餐，酒店步行200米

看到網上的推薦訂的房間，心裏有預期可能酒店整體相對比較老，但是本着住一下天水本地老牌酒店的想法，還是選擇了這家。先説一下優點，地理位置還不錯，距離熱門的地方都很近，又不在最鬧市地段，樓下商店也很多很方便。床墊也很舒服，前台工作人員服務態度也不錯。缺點也是有的，最重要的是安全問題，門鎖居然是壞的，感覺力氣大的人直接可以破壞掉。衞生很粗糙，感覺衹打掃了必要的地方，房間的桌子，衞生間的門板和洗漱枱麪這類的地方都有污垢和塵土。床頭燈燈也是壞的，一進門一股很重的廁所味道和下水道味道，剛打開房間也沒有通風，我們自己開的窗户通風。服務人員整體比較悠閑，加一床被子，過來好久拿過來分開的被套和被芯。天水的美食非常好吃，文化底藴也獨樹一幟，能夠理解人流增多帶來的壓力，但是還是希望配套的服務趕緊匹配上。
