I had the best experience at this hotel. They went above and beyond everywhere! It's absolutely gorgeous, very clean, good room setup and incredible staff. I'd give them a 10/5 if I could. As it is, I'll definitely stay here again. They're very close to a bus stop (the best way to get around Tianshui) and the light rail. The river park is right across the street, and it's absolutely lovely. The breakfast was very good with Chinese and western options, and they even serve local options, which was exciting.

The hardware facilities in the room are good, but some of the designs are not very convenient. If you open the bathroom door outward, you will bump into the person in the sink. One of them is Zhen Jing, who is very considerate and attentive. She also helped me queue up to get a number for Fatty Fish, called a taxi for me, and recommended various local specialties. It is definitely not Malatang, but Maijishan Grottoes. This 5A-level scenic spot will not let you down. It is worth queuing for two hours and spending a day to visit. I hope Tianshui will better promote Maijishan so that more people can understand it and experience it in person.
