The Lucid Resort Tiantai

The location is great, right next to the entrance of Guoqing Temple scenic area. However, for the price, the cleanliness, service, and facilities were all very subpar! First, let's talk about cleanliness. I was too lazy to take photos, but the shower room and toilet shared a single sliding door, and both bottom corners of the door were covered in water stains. Regarding service, we booked a family room, but there were no children's toiletries. I asked the front desk for them, and an hour later, they still hadn't arrived! After I called again, about half an hour later, a staff member came and said they didn't have children's toiletries, only children's slippers. Next, parking. During check-in, we were asked to add them on WeChat and provide our license plate number. After we did, there was no response, and we couldn't get out the next day. When I called the front desk to ask, they again told me to add them on WeChat... Speechless. Finally, breakfast. It was advertised until 10 AM, but by 9 AM, there was barely anything left, not even hard-boiled eggs! The watermelon juice was almost empty, and a staff member poured the last cup and asked us if we wanted it! This is truly the first time I've ever seen anything like this!!!

The overall design and details of the service are quite good, for example, they offer explanations about Guoqing Temple. However, I paid almost 200 yuan extra just for a mountain view room, but both times I was given a room that either faced a wall or looked out onto the courtyard. I repeatedly explained that I had paid for a mountain view room as clearly advertised, and finally, the manager gave me the room shown in the picture. As they say, 'third time's the charm,' but I really didn't want to argue anymore. I just want to ask, does a hotel that charges three times as much as all seasons hotels even understand the meaning of 'mountain view room'?

This was my second stay at the Lujing Hotel, and I truly love its tranquil, Zen-like atmosphere. The guided explanations of Guoqing Temple and the daily scripture copying activities are wonderful. The room cleanliness and breakfast quality are both excellent, with a great variety of Taizhou local snacks available for breakfast. I'll definitely choose Lujing again on my next visit to Tiantai Mountain.

The public areas are elegantly designed. The guided tour of Guoqing Temple in the morning was a unique and fantastic experience, and honestly, the main reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the mini wontons were especially delicious. The room itself was standard, but perfectly acceptable.

The environment is elegant and pleasant, the location is excellent, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tiantai Mountain.

The explanations are very detailed. The hotel front desk butler service is also very good. The gift pack is full. In short, it is really good to stay in the hotel and visit the ancient temple.
