It’s scary we got scared at night something opened our door from our room like at 3 am

A wonderful property, well maintained and with very friendly staff, we arrived late at night and were met with a smile and let into our rental without paying until the morning after. The locals are very friendly and accommodating so long as you remain humble and respectful. To those coming over like us from america there are a few things to understand. To American eyes the area surrounding the rental are at first glance a slum, were an American neighborhood in such condition it would be a place to anticipate a mugging. However here it is a simple working class neighborhood with great people and lots of dogs. Anticipate loud music from local bars on the weekends Tijuana folks know how to boogie! There is a small market down the hill for conveniences like snacks, drinks and beer. Not much else in close walking distance but only a few minutes drive to large grocery stores and only 10-15 minutes to the heart of Tijuana. Great views overlooking Tijuana, gated parking courtyard, full kitchen and just a really comfortable place to stay, will be coming back again, thanks so much for having us!

One of the beds, the sheets were not clean there was brown flaky stuff couldn’t make what it was and the sheets were wrinkle. Saw rouches inside the microwave, bedroom and living room. Owner never answer my message requesting WF PW. Refrigerator had stains and spills on shelves and door shelves. The Maintance Person very apologetic and respectful
