We ended up leaving to a different hotel. The smell is horrible, photos dont match the rooms, and its just in bad shape

I am disabled, so for the last 2 years or so, I always book ground floor or properties with elevators. ******* can verify this. This Hotels website, under the amenities listing boasts "elevator with 52 inch wide doors", which is wider than the standard 48 inches. I arrived at the front desk at 9:00pm having just landed, and they looked at me like I had two heads, it is clear when you are in the lobby it is not an elevator building. Thankfully my taxi driver directed me to another hotel, but when I brought the issue up with ******* they said there was nothing they could do about the one night cancellation fee. Disgraceful! My advice, avoid this hotel as this was no misunderstanding, it was a deliberately stated missrepresentation.

Nice place in a sleepy town
Nice little hotel right in the downtown area, close to the border. I can't complain about it. I do wish the hotel would provided a free bottle of drinking water in thr rpom. Temps was 108 f.
