Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour deux raisons principales. Premièrement, à mon arrivée, on m'a facturé un prix nettement plus élevé que celui affiché sur l'application au moment de la réservation, ce qui m'a semblé peu professionnel. Deuxièmement, bien qu'ils mentionnent un service de consigne à bagages dans leurs informations, lors du check-out, on m'a informé que le service n'était pas disponible, ce qui m'a causé des désagréments et des dépenses de dernière minute.

Good price Another good stay at Hotel Catalina. Like always very clean and excellent service. Second time staying in room 15. I forgot why I wasn’t to please last visit. This room has a very tight bathroom. Unable to sit on toilet and close the door normally. Outside noise was much better this time.

I have been staying here 3-4 times a month for a year. The hotel and rooms are clean. The rooms upstairs are big and roomy. The TV is new and has all streaming services. The satff is always nice and helpful. Hotel Catalina is my favorite affordable hotel in downtown TJ.

Bad customer service Hotel has rude employees with made up rules of not allowing other people in. I have stayed there before and my friends had always been allowed but not no more. Hotel has window that allow all the noice from the street and music from the club cannot get a good rest with all the noise

I dig the easy access to many points of the city. If you know how to get around you can catch the taxi bus from here to Rosarito and back. You are also one block from the main Revolution street.
