I am very disappointed on my last stay on this hotel. I normally enjoy my time here despite the hard beds and poor internet connection. During our last stay we didn’t have any hot water for several hours. We called the reception for help with this matter and they said they would send someone to help but never did. The pool area was dirty with several empty beer cans that no staff ever thought about going to clean. To top it off there was no ice available for guest on a hot summer day. I tried having the front desk help me feel a bit better by providing a bit of attention and they didn’t care to make things better. I told them I would leave a review with the details of my stay and the main manager, Alberto Dias didn’t seem to care to about all the issues we encountered during our stay. The night manager did tell me that he would not care, and that since he took over they’re quality service has gone down. If you can stay somewhere else do so, hopefully you will have better customer service and hot water.
