The staff at the reception speak English and Spanish, and the parking attendant was also friendly and helpful. This hotel offers excellent service for its low price. I highly recommend it.

Objectively speaking, the hotel isn't cheap, but I personally don't think it's worth the price. The windows in the rooms face the hallway, so even during the day, you have to keep the lights on, which makes the room feel depressing and insecure. The curtains need to be drawn at all times, otherwise people passing by can see you. Regarding breakfast, I booked it after reading reviews on Ctrip that said it was excellent. I'm surprised by the reviews, as the breakfast staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast looked unappetizing. While the staff was diligently explaining the menu, I poured myself a glass of juice, and a short hair stuck out. I didn't want to pour it out in front of the waiter, so I left it on the table without drinking it. The breakfast area was very small, and the plates didn't look clean at all. So, I only had a few potatoes and a sip of juice with a hair in it. The variety was also very limited.
