I booked a room with jacuzzi, I didn't get it. Instead they gave me a regular room. After I booked through *******, I called the hotel to make sure that my room was booked, they said they received the reservation. When I showed up at the hotel, they said that my room wasn't booked. They offered me a refular room for the same price. I wasn't happy with what they did.

A horrible place is nothing like the pictures posted in the internet the bedroom they gave me was dirty and super bad conditions I had to pay more money so they could give a better room.

The tv didn’t work , the towels were tearing apart because how old they were , and you can’t open the window for fresh air because there is generator outside of the hotel and basically you just inhale the carbon dioxide

over night stay
one night stay, hotel room served its purpose! Plenty of hot water... room was a little cold at night, thought I would need to ask for a blanket but I was so tired when I got home from being out that I didn't need it. Controls did not work for the TV but didn't bother going down to front desk to switch them. Overall it was a good stay
