we unable to contact the property for more than 24 hours until trip.com reach them. the aircond is not cold and feeling hot . maybe the capsule arranged is faulty unit, as room are not much. when we feedback no people to serve us. but very thankful to trip.com for helping.

The adjustable mood lighting in the capsules make a short stay really awesome. It is a unique feature that is preferable and impressive.

For durability and privacy, the wooden panels of the capsules are aesthetically pleasing, and physically tough. Also, there is a headrest cushion on one end for reading postural support.

The capsules cooling/ ventilation is slightly poor. Quite hot and unable to breathe after door closed. And the capsule light got a bit issue (some LED are not functioning). Overall cleanliness is acceptable, can park in front of the premises. Hair dryer, hot water, drinking water, slipper, towel provided. Overall is good. Only ventilation too poor.

Disappointing experience as I have stayed here before a year ago. All rooms had airconds removed, capsule is so stuffy I have to sleep with the door open. Other than that, place is clean and fantastic location.
