"The hotel is right across from the lively weekend market. It's also not far from the main attractions, all within 1 km, but it's an awkward distance – a bit too far to walk comfortably, yet not really worth taking a taxi, haha. I booked a family room but got a suite instead, apparently because they were out of family rooms. The suite had an extra, temporary cot with a metal frame that was a bit saggy. The sound of flushing from upstairs was quite loud downstairs. Everything else was good. For three people, it was the best value I could find under 500."

"Awful hotel. They lie about the room size. When we came. It was a small box with two beds and a shower. The window wouldn't open, it was glued shut. We arrived at night and the bedsheets were dirty and not changed after the previous guests and had to wait for the night staff to change it unwillingly. Not mentioning them canceling one day of the booking because of a faulty button on their system and refusing to take responsibility and just rebooking it on their system. Had to call their phone (not free for me, being abroad), and the guy was rude and just hung up the phone, zero customer service. Don't stay here, find a better place."

"Location : This location is very superb. The seaview was astonishing. Food stalls are everywhere nearby. Services : Arrived late night to check in. The receptionist is not that helpful and not explaining much. Got some issues with breakfast where my room suddenly not breakfast included while we paid together for it when booking. Try to explain to the Indian F&B manager but at first he refuse to trust me and ask me to go to lobby. Thanks to Mr Vincent he sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding from the system. To the Indian F&B manager, you need to learn to apologise sincerely from Mr Vincent and learn some manners as I heard you talk bad about other customers as well. Food : Not much choice but the food was good. Overall, will be coming back in the future and I wish the services will be a lot better. TQ"

"Loved it! Our room was a little on the small side, but perfectly adequate. The location was great and Danish the receptionist was great! He was very helpful and even managed to pronounce our surname correctly. which doesn't happen very often. Staff were all very warm and welcoming, we would definitely stay there again, but maybe opt for the sea-view instead."

"We had an enjoyable stay. Service is friendly and prompt with our requests. Location is good. Plenty of eateries nearby. The view from the room is lovely. The unit came with 3 spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms with toiletries, furnished dining and living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The only downside is there are ants crawling around on the dining table and floor when we checked in."

"Environment: The hotel isn't very big, but it's small and exquisite, with direct beach access. There are three pools, two large and one small, with the smallest being a 0.5-meter kiddie pool, which is quite tiny. I booked a deluxe sea view room, but apparently, all rooms of this type have a side sea view. I'm not sure what makes it 'deluxe' – I really disliked it 👎. If a direct sea view is important to you, don't book this hotel. Service: Everything else was pretty good, except for the Indian front desk lady at the Chinese restaurant. Beware: If there's a private event, it will take over the best public areas of the hotel. Honestly, the thing I disliked most throughout my stay was that the 'sea view room' didn't have a proper sea view at all."
