The hotel was clean, The staff was friendly and the breakfast food was delicious.I really am enjoying myself. I had a great time in the pool and hot tub, I love that it stays open late for the adult.

From the moment we checked in, Zane went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, welcoming & professional. His kindness, hospitality & attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing an exceptional customer experience. Zane exceeded all expectations, his friendly attitude, willingness to assist & commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. I would also like to give special recognition to Maria for her exceptional management and leadership. It is evident that her dedication and professionalism contribute greatly to the positive atmosphere and high standards of this location. Thanks to her excellent management skills, our stay was comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable from beginning to end. As someone who travels frequently for business, finding a location that consistently delivers outstanding service is extremely important. Thanks to the efforts of both Zane and Maria, this property has earned my trust and loyalty. I can confidently say that I will be choosing this location for my future business trips and look forward to staying here again. The property was very neat and clean and had a great breakfast offered each morning. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Has to be our 4th time staying here and it’s always a great stay. The best staff at any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. And it’s nice to see they keep the same staff. Great job Ladies I wish I could remember their names.

I liked the customer service I received doing my stay. However, the rooms should have been cleaner, and the rugs need to be deep cleaned.

A group of people came in the lobby at 1am, stayed there and were VERY loud. We called the desk staff 3 times and he did nothing to improve the situation for an hour while this group had a loud party in the lobby. This incident really had a negative impact on our night and our stay at your hotel.

Rooms: very clean Beds: soft Bathroom: lovely mirrors equipped with hair dryer, lotion and body wash Hotel: very clean, Lobby: very clean inside Outer perimeter::clean, they actually scrub the parking lot Staff helpful and polite Breakfast nice cold cereal hot cereal (oatmeal) 2 type of eggs 1 meat pancakes bagel english muffins 3 types of mini muffins white beard yogurt ( with toppings) juice water ( only durning breakfast) Coffee with creamer (hazel nut vanilla) and tea 24 hours Hot tub excellent Pool always under maintenance during my stay.

The hotel was generally fine, but the breakfast was a major disappointment. Considering the high ratings on Booking and *******, I expected much better. The breakfast selection was very limited and not what I would expect from a 3-star hotel. To make matters worse, all the plates, forks, knives, and spoons were disposable plastic items. This felt cheap and significantly detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast service does not match the hotel’s ratings and should be improved.

The hot tub wasn't hot and the water didn't look clean. I was told breakfast ended at 10am but it but breakfast was over at 9:00am.
