Latitude Suites Tinton Falls, Part of Unscripted by Hyatt

The room was cleaned every other day. The towels were replaced upon request. There were no information about the lack of cooking utensils. The staff was friendly but they had no training to inform us about the nearest restaurants, gas station etc. A list on their desk would have been helpful. The bar tender was alone and had no training to serve. breakfast was ok but you had to buy it. We had a problem with keys. The first day they deactivated although we had three night s stay. that happhened twice. Excuse? that we placed the key near a cel phone and that was not true after the first time we were extremely careful with it. Only the cleaning person was accomodating. Staff needs training. A smile is good but not enough.

The hotel was very nice. Upon entering it smelled good, it had a Clean room, the staff was very friendly. They had a nice little mini store to buy what you needed, the pool was clean it was a nice stay.

Didn’t use the laundry and we weren’t here on business. However it was a great experience and we will be going back there in a few months

Connecting doors do not lock my door was open upon entering my room twice manager told me the door never had any problems and he couldn’t do anything for me because I booked on here. I did not sleep there.

Everything was very clean. The only thing- they were very strict about the 10pm quiet,, it was a bummer because there was no where else to hang out together in a communal area. It would have been nice if the lounge area could have been off to the side somewhere. Anyway, everything else was great!

I had an adjoining room and there was no lock on my side. While my wife was getting out of the shower someone from the room next to us was opening the door to our room. Completely unacceptable.

Had to call to get in the building. When I checked in online, stated late check in. The person at the desk had trouble pulling up reservation

Comfortable beds! Everything was clean. The bar was very cool. I will be back.
