"Nice hotel fairly conveniently located with easy and reasonably quick access to major beaches from Sandy Hook park to Belmar, and other attractions in the area. Very well maintained, however if you stay longer than one night you need to ask for service at the reception. Rooms are rather compact with tight living area. Coffee machine, microwave and fridge located in a well designed arrangement, only the fridge is extremely limited capacity. Beds are very comfy. Bathrooms are spacious and convenient. Breakfast is optional and is offered by a third party (Starbucks) with limited and somewhat overpriced menu. Parking is fixed price, $5 for the entire stay, with ample space."

"It was extremely old, worn, rust bathroom, bathtub 2slices in bottom, bed-mattress soft and worn. Staff excellent! Not worth the exhorbitant fee of $250 a night. No coins!"
