Panuba Inn Resort

The staff was friendly and they helped us to the best of their ability. The place needs some improvements and renovation, but if you are on a budget and like solitude, this is the place you want to be in.

This "resort" is not a place that anyone should recommend. The "huts" are held up (hardly) by rotting concrete. If you are looking at the photos that are posted on here then I need to tell you that the place has changed a lot since then . The huts that you stay in are a health hazard as they look like they are literally about to fall down. The paths that lead to the places that you stay have no edge and it is on a very steep hill. There are small bollards but they are very unstable and they would not catch you if you tripped down the hill. But the most disgusting thing of all is that there is rubbish EVERYWHERE. When we went for a walk we saw just to the side of the path a nest of bluebottles nesting on a pile of dirty nappies. DISGUSTING! If I only could say one thing it would be don't stay here! And as an extra note it isn't near anywhere. It is right next to the town ABC but you have to take quite a long jungle walk to get there. I would strongly recommend staying at Bamboo Hill in ABC which is a LOVELY 😍 place to stay.

The entire place is terribly maintained- the chalets are falling down and much of the resort has fallen into disrepair. Many of the rooms are manky and very unsafe, with many almost falling down. The stilts have concrete rot and the floors have holes in. Avoid at all costs.

Whole place has fallen into terrible disrepair. Walkways unsafe with no edges, stilts all rotting and about to collapse. Piles of nappies and rubbish. Some chalets left to disintegrate, sadly seem to be staff accommodation. Terribly sad but thus crumbling disgrace of a place is in no way fit for guests.
