The standard rooms are big. Room cleaned daily and toiletries and mini bar provided. Breakfast was included in the rate and offered a selection of cereals, fruit, hot items, bakery etc. live music in the bar on Friday night. Limited English tv channels. Excellent staff always helpful inc making a to go breakfast at 3.30 am.

I needed to get a hotel in Tirana at very short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. I walked into the Plaza without a prior reservation. The front desk person, Sara, was extremely helpful. When she heard of the reason for our stay, she went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel itself is quite great, the best in Albania by far. Large rooms, stylish architecture and design, with all the amenities you need. Very helpful staff. The location is also great, right next to the main city square, and next door to a shopping center and a pedestrian area full of restaurants and cafes. The hotel has also free parking in the basement so you can reach your car without stepping outside if you don't want to use the valet service. A week later, I returned to Tirana for a second stay and I didn't even bother to consider other hotels, went straight to the Plaza. Sara happened to be working again at the front desk and yet again she made sure to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. The Plaza is not the cheapest hotel and could be seen as pricy by Albanian standards. But in terms of value, it's an extremely good deal. And you get the level of service you would expect from a 5* hotel. A lot of hotels in Albania have the right amenities but not the polished service or the seamless experience that you find at the Plaza.

At the reception as said in all reviews you have to leave 100 euros of capra and 8 euros per person per day for taxes ...e even if I said and showed that on the booking site there was written 1.70 per person he doesn't care!! So it would be the case that the site itself updates because it is a joke!!! I had to add EUR 32 to my booking so there was not all this convenience! The hotel is well and clean, but the rooms are small coats and broken boxes are not just 4 stars!! There is no very low breakfast includes neither coffee nor tea nor cappuccino but only cold milk and ace juice! Dinner if you have a full pension is not even included water, no food you can choose or that or that the card menu is not included in the full pension . absurd!!! Then at the end you don't eat badly, but it's really little to stay with hunger!! I never seen such a thing!!! Thanks to your dreams!!

L'hotel nulla di male, letti comodissimi. L'unica cosa che mi è successa è che una mattina mentre mia madre era fuori dalla stanza che era andata a prendere la colazione, io ero rimasto sotto le coperte (ero quasi nascosto perchè ero coperto fino a sopra) ad una certa sento la porta aprirsi e mi sveglio pensando fosse mia madre e invece no, era una donna delle pulizia che non vedendomi ha iniziato ad aprire tutte le nostre borse e ogni minima cosa di nostra proprietà poi mi sono fatto notare ed è uscita senza dire e prendere nulla, per non parlare di quando devono fare qualcosa che vogliono sempre la stanza libera. Prezzi del frigo altissimi solo perchè eravamo Italiani (1,50€ una bottiglia d'acqua da 100cc quando in un negozio qualsiasi in Albania con 1,50€ prendi due bottiglie da 2 litri.

I stayed here for a few nights at the start and end of a group trip. It’s a fantastic hotel in a great location close to all the main sights/restaurants/bars and shops. It’s very clean with decent sized, well equipped rooms. The breakfast room is quite small but people don’t tend to hang around for too long so it’s always possible to get a seat. The staff are very friendly and helpful - particularly Freddy himself and Julien. Julien was extremely helpful when we first arrived, helping to carry our luggage upstairs and giving us directions to some of the restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Tirana.

We spent 3 nights here in a room on the third floor. There are no lifts but this was not a problem for us. We liked the modern feel of our room and the bathroom was a decent size. The location was great for exploring Tirana on foot and close to the local buses too. It felt like the hotel was in a party neighbourhood as there was loud music playing each night when we were there, which we liked. There are lots of nearby bars and restaurants. For breakfast, we had a choice from a menu, which was handy as you could pick what you wanted without excess food wastage. The highlight were the staff. All the reception staff spoke exceptionally good English and were extremely helpful. The hotel manager, Grinda, was super helpful. We would stay here again.

A few general statements about your stay: - when deciding on a room without a sea view, you have to be aware that the view may differ from the pictures (I recommend taking a room with a sea view :)) - there is a swimming pool and a disco on the roof of the building, which results in quite a lot of noise in the evenings and at night on the upper floors of the building (you can change the room if it is a nuisance for someone) - there is only one all inclusive bar (a bit small for such a large facility) - the use of the swimming pool and bar on the roof, the bar on the pier is paid extra I am satisfied with the quality of the rooms at Klajdi Resort. Spacious and well-decorated rooms ensure a comfortable stay. The decor is modern and pleasing to the eye and the beds are comfortable. In addition, the rooms are well soundproofed, which contributes to a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Klajdi Resort's staff is courteous and helpful. Both receptionists and cleaning staff are always ready to answer questions and fulfill any guest requests. Only the pool bar and pool staff could be more smiling and helpful. We were two nights in Pandora and felt well. The beds are soft, we found them very good. The bathroom has a marble chic. The nice receptionist was very helpful. He described the nearest stop from which to reach the centre in 10 minutes (for €0.4). We picked up at the baker just next to Croissants and Berek, he gave us dishes and coffee. Very nice. We also let wash clothes, which was very priced and quickly done. The area around the hotel is a little poor but harmless. We would book there immediately.

Stayed at this hotel last week. The staff of the hotel are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me find a place to eat, shop, etc. The hotel is located near good restaurants and shopping. The rooms are better than advertised and they gave me all my requests (extra pillows and towels). The bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed in the Deluxe Suite and the spa tub worked perfectly. I would stay here again if I visit Tirana.
