We came to Trichy SRM hotel for attending the marriage and reception, we felt happy stay and enjoyed the comfortable environment of boarding and access the nearby locations as easy, the service from Mr.Sivakumar and BANQUET TEAM was excellent .

Stayed one night on May 19th. Booked for 2 of us with a request for smoke free and quite room. Gokul at the reception was very unfriendly. Despite our request he gave a room facing the main bus stand where traffic never stops. We found cockroaches in the bathroom and the room. There was no hot water for the shower. There was no in room phone system to call and complain. There were just two towels to be used for all purpose. The bed was in a bad shape. Making noise when we sit and turn while sleeping. There was no bed spread either! Overall the stay was a disaster. We informed next day morning to Mr. Renganathan at the reception. The breakfast was good and that was one reason for my giving 1*. Facility ***ager (?) called me half an hour after I checked out and apologized for my inconvenience. I was misled by the good rating shown when I choose the facility.

Location: Hotel is situated at a very good location with access to transportation & options for food & shopping nearby. The parking is small & inadequate when there was a party in one of their halls. The security staff was considerate & ***aged the available parking. Room: We had taken two rooms, the rooms are compact & don't have any specific view but more a government building view. The room is not spacious & looks more apt for a business stay. The bed was ok & bathrooms clean. Food: The complimentary breakfast was limited in options. They have tried to keep options but could have been better for the price. Service: The staff tried to support as much feasible & appreciate their efforts. Overall: This is a good business hotel but given an option i will prefer to try out other hotels in the area.

Had a wonderful 3 day stay at the property with family. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff are courteous, cooperative and attentive. The restaurant where we dined has an impressive fare with excellent taste. Special thanks to Mr Jagdeesh, Chola Rajan, Ragu & Ms. Rengasri and Shikha for providing excellent service. Very impressed with the property, it's staff and it's backend support. Highly recommended.
