Very small rooms as compared to what is shown on *******, water kettle broken, toiletries are old and leaking, bed had stains. Housekeeping was not done until we asked multiple times to do it. No room service until we asked multiple times.

Had to request for towels, toilet roll, etc,. The response was swift. The bathroom is a step up and this was a challenge for my 84 year old mom. Limited place to hang change clothes in the bathroom. Did the job. However, no breakfast and limited utilities outside of the room.

Executive Room Pros - Room and bathroom were clean (second room); lift available; few eateries nearby; TV with multiple channel selection; kettle available; coffee sachets; hot water available for bathroom Cons - No dental kit provided; hot water for bathing using bucket only - not supplied to the shower head; poor WiFi connection; Had a room mix up - was given a temporary room on the first night (first room) - the explanation given was the executive room was under maintenance - the temporary room given does not even have a room number, looked like accommodation for the hotel staff and cleanliness was poor; requested luggage pickup from room during check out - staff acknowledged, however, no action taken for almost twenty minutes - only collected the after being reminded the second time - staff need more training. Generally, a lot to improve.

It was my second visit to this hotel, 1st was in 2019 I enjoyed immensely than the recent stay was pleasant and trouble free staffs was very helpful and made my stay comfortable. Missed their breakfast (restaurant was close). They assured me that it will be opened soon.

Staff were very helpful. The place is good located and clean. Near the bus station and near hotels and temples. The place is calm and quiet. Breakfast was good and laundry service is also available at the hotel.

We picked this place after all the good reviews, but was disappointed! I had booked a premium room on the portal and when we reached was shown an executive room. Then after clarifying we were shown another spacious room. You could see dust and the bathroom was also not well maintained. To our luck, the AC didn't work and had to move to another room on the ground floor. This was better but no fan and bathroom cleaner. But there was a smell emenating from washbasin and overall property could be maintained better. We had to go through all this with a child and felt its not worth it. Suggest to find a better place if traveling with family even if you aren't on a budget constraint. Also they get breakfast from Sangeetha which is just not good, food is commercial and spoilt my tummy!

Ambience is good and gives pleasant experience. Hygiene and maintenance is great. Had kettle and good drinking water. Even coffee powder available for making black coffee. Cons: 1) I booked executive double room for A/C but it had centralized A/c. I felt little cold in midnight and we don't have control over temperature. Split A/c would have been good for this cost. 2) Separate room given for driver, but got his feedback that mosquito hitting there doesn't allow him to sleep better.
