Amazing hotel, with very decent team members - Ms ***atri is very helpful and gave me all the required information which made my trip/Tirupati Darshan easier. Great location near to railway station/bus stand, very friendly front desk, Excellent and super clean rooms with amenities like working desk, mini sofa, hot water and lastly safe covered parking in the ba*****t. Staff is good, veg restaurant next door (under same ***agement) which serves good veg food. Good to stay on your visit to Tirupati.

The hotel is very neatly maintained, breakfast buffet is elaborate and very tasty. Their Arabian grape juice was yummy. The housekeeping staff is very good, they are very responsive. I tried a few food items from the hotel they were very good too. Another advantage to this hotel is that it has the famous A2B in the ground floor, so you can enjoy great food without stepping out of the hotel. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Kapila teertham and closer to the Alipiri circle. I used their travel desk to go to Kalahasti, the driver and car were very good though it was a bit expensive. You can book Uber to travel to Tirumala and other local site seeing. The staff at the reception and dining area are not very communicative, they only respond to a question if you ask them. A bit more polish and proactiveness could make the experience great. I am in no way saying their service was bad, but these are minute areas that need improvement.
