Good location. Very kind and professional staff. Good breakfast

The place was nice enough. It was clean. It’s a long walk from the train station though. There are no taxi’s here, you have to walk. Turn LEFT out the station and over the walk-bridge over the river then up the maIn road. Don’t go through old town - suitcases don’t do well on cobblestones.

Our stay was wonderful. Sabrina helped us feel very welcome. She was very helpful in sharing details of where we could find great food, and avoid tourist traps. She also helped us with directions when it came to transportation as well. We appreciated this a lot. The room was clean and the area was quiet. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tivoli!!

Will visit again! Lovely boutique hotel. Our room was impeccably clean and perfectly comfortable with immaculate bedding and room well appointed! The owner was so kind and accommodating, brought our luggage up and down the stairs to the hotel. Lovely visit. Would definitely stay again.

I loved all of the outdoor spaces and view from my window

This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!

Pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Elegant surroundings. The breakfast included is a nice touch. Our rooms were cleaned each day. The staff was wonderful. I am definitely coming back!
