Comfort Hotel Central International Airport

We chose this hotel to catch an early flight the next morning. We repeatedly asked the front desk for a quiet room, as we had an early flight. However, a Chinese-speaking female staff member, about fifty years old, still assigned us a room right next to a very noisy one. We could clearly hear men talking loudly and people playing with children late into the night; there was absolutely no soundproofing. We then spoke to the Japanese male staff member on duty that night. After much discussion, which initially seemed fruitless, he eventually moved us to a different floor and room, where it was very quiet. This Japanese gentleman was very kind and responsible, apologizing profusely with bows. We definitely won't be staying here again next time; the soundproofing is just too poor.
