Great service, try to soeak english and great service mind. The room clean and quiet. I stay at Annex building. Spa very nice not too many people and big.

I was staying there for only one night. I booked two rooms & stayed in one room with my wife consequently, Both rooms were non-smoking rooms but full of stinky bad secondhand smoke odor. We were arranged to stay at the end of the building room next to the rail tracks. it was so noisy all day & night until midnight. It was a nightmare to stay there. I will never book that hotel again.

After we arrived, we learned that the hotel was originally divided into a main building and an annex. We were assigned to the annex and had to walk from the annex to the main hotel to have breakfast and use the large bath. This was quite inconvenient.

A very nice hotel, very clean, well designed, fully functional, comfortable beds, and good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very close to the subway, which has obvious advantages and disadvantages. The transportation is convenient, but the noise from passing cars is unavoidable, but the sound when closing the window is actually not bad. I used it at a concert at Aichi International Exhibition Center. It was nice to have parking available.
It was nice to have a microwave and ice. The public bath was also clean and I was able to take a relaxing bath.
The breakfast buffet the next day was also delicious. thank you very much.
