A very satisfying stay! The public facilities are excellent, and the common areas are clean and tidy. The room size was quite satisfactory as well. My only wish is that the room cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

Extremely hostile policy towards guests. The only hotel in my 3 year span with trip.com that refused to alter the name of the guest made by mistake and therefore didn't allow me to check in. All the attempts made by trip.com to persuade the hotel to find any solution were rejected. Real disappointmen.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Staying there on a beautiful full moon night made for a truly wonderful experience.

We drove from Tokyo Narita Airport to this transit point. The hotel had been renovated and faced outwards, but it was relatively quiet and didn't seem to have many tourists. However, the overall environment was very nice, and we left in the evening and the next morning.

The room was quite large. However, the hotel is quite old. It wasn't crowded. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the faint of heart. We were just the two of us in the hot springs. If you prefer a quieter stay, this is the place for you.
