The location is very convenient. The onsen public bath was great and we went there every nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at Hotel Sunroute Tokushima! The staff were the real highlight—super friendly, attentive, and made everything so easy, with no trouble communicating in English at all. The hotel’s location right across from Tokushima Station is a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for excellent service and a prime spot to explore the area.

There is no bottle water supply and no room cleaning everday, the onsen is small and crowded, but it is very close to bus and train station.

I love the hot springs. Relax after one day travel.   Breakfast is great, lots of choices.  Room is big but a bit old.
