Relaxation & Spa Hotel Nexel

I made a reservation for three people and checked in one person first. We had been drinking and got up late, so the other two were unable to check in and ended up staying the night. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Next time, I'll make sure to check in first for everyone.

I slept very poorly. I could hardly sleep. There was a light above my head that kept turning on and off. The waiter said that it should be kept on. There was not even a partition. There was no privacy at all. There was just a partition. There is no quilt! Just a blanket! How could anyone sleep? ! The air conditioner is turned on so low! It really froze all night! All in all, it was completely different from what the photos showed, so very disappointing!

I used it as if it were a capsule hotel with a sauna. It was a small room with no windows, but it was enough for sleeping and not bad. However, the main bath, which is also the name of the hotel, was no good. First of all, the cold bath of the sauna was not cleaned, and a lot of dirt was floating and I didn't feel like going in. Therefore, I couldn't enjoy the sauna fully (the water temperature was strangely lukewarm, and I don't think I would enjoy it even if I went in). Furthermore, the water pressure of the shower was weak, so the foam I washed off could not be washed off properly, and I felt disgusting on my body for a long time. I'm sure there would be a time for cleaning during the night, but I honestly can't accept that it's like this even in the early morning when cleaning should have been done. There was only one staff member at the front desk and I hardly had any contact with them other than checking in, so it was neither good nor bad. I thought the location near the station and the downtown area was convenient and a good point.

I wish they would add a razor to the amenities! I want a massage in my room!
