Reviews of Hostel Paq Tokushima

It’s a solid spot to stay when in Tokushima. Close to station and main street attractions. It is my second time there. However, in winter it is less crowded. This time it was full. As you may see the top beds are not isolated from the area, which means you need earplugs. Otherwise, you’ll suffer from snoring roommates and noisy ones in the morning.

this hostel is nearby tokushima JR station，as well as the convenient shop lawson，which is really helpful when you feel hungry and if necessary ，you can find lots of shop to enjoy the dinner as well.

A very nice place, walking distance to many attractions. A relaxed vibe and lots of interesting fellow travellers. A good place to stay if you are heading out on the pilgrim trail.

Came to Tokushima to participate the marathon. Hostel was located near the Tokushima JR Station, about 8 mins by foot. Nearby the hostel there are various eateries and convenience stores. The cost / performance factory is pretty high as there are breakfast provided in the morning. You can have coffee/tea or package soup plus toasted bread. Though simple butt can defining fill up your stomach if you are not a big eater.

A nice cheap hostel to stay at. They provide breakfast too which is a big bonus! There are also amenities for cooking your own food. It's the hostel in Tokushima everyone's talking about!

Landlady was nice

8 minutes walk from Tokushima Station. There is no dedicated parking lot, so you will need to use a nearby paid parking lot, but there is a place where you can park for up to 400 yen at night (19:00 to morning). It is small and the space is narrow, but in addition to the shared space, shared kitchen, and unit bath in the dormitory room, there is a women's only toilet and shower room, which is appreciated. Hair dryers and skin care sets are also provided. The dormitory has the bare minimum of facilities, and to be honest it is small, but it is clean and I personally found it comfortable. There are also private lockers so you can store your valuables. There is also a coin laundry, but it costs money. There was a display of goods for pilgrims, perhaps to support them. There seems to be a lot of tourist information. Most of the guests were foreigners, so I thought it was a foreigner-friendly inn.

It is a small and cozy youth hostel, but I booked a twin room with a private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and good to sleep in. Unfortunately, there was no TV in the room. It is more suitable for travelers who come back to sleep and rest.

The spa was great. It was a bunk bed and a women's room, so it was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and for the price, I couldn't ask for anything more. The hotel staff were very kind and it was a comfortable hotel.

My husband and I stayed here when we went to Tokushima, and it was a very satisfying hostel with breakfast included. We'd like to stay here again!

It's clean and the hotel is easy to find. It's not far from the station and Tokushima Central Park, both of which can be found in about 10 minutes.

Compared to a youth hostel, it feels more like a sharehouse. The public space is very cozy and has a lot of travel information. The downside is that the bathroom and toilet are in the same room, so if you need to go to the toilet in a hurry but someone is using it, you need to run to the toilet in the public space on the second floor.
