was definately satisfied with the excellent service. location is alittle far from most stations but vrew of Mt. bizan was great in the morning and night.

I have lived in this hotel for nearly two weeks. As a foreigner, it is very bad to live in this hotel. The reception staff has a bad attitude, the business ability is very low, and I don't want to say anything more

The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is pretty good. It might be baseball season when I stayed, so I felt that many families came to send their children to play baseball games. The atmosphere was very good.

Breakfast started at 6:30, which was very helpful as we were planning to leave early in the morning. There was a wide variety of food, especially vegetables (bamboo shoots, okra, green beans, etc.), which were replenished as needed. I would definitely book again if I had the chance.

The room was very clean, there was a convenience store nearby, and the location was great. The only negatives were the breakfast and parking. The breakfast was the most disappointing of any business hotel I've ever stayed at. There is an extra 500 yen charge for leaving your car in the parking lot. When I asked at the reception about the ropeway to Mt. Bizan, they said it would be better to go in the morning, so I went sightseeing at Mt. Bizan the next day. When I returned to the hotel at 11am and tried to leave my car, I was told that there was an extra 100 yen charge if I left after 10am. There was no explanation about the parking lot, which I found unfriendly.

It is very convenient to walk to the hotel from Tokushima Train Station for more than ten minutes. Awa Dance Hall is just across the road to the right of the hotel entrance, and it only takes three minutes to walk there. There is a 7-11 convenience store across the road on the left hand side when you exit the hotel. It seems to be the only convenience store in the surrounding area. You need to climb over the overpass at the hotel entrance. The hotel's internal services and facilities are complete and perfect, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. My friend lost a ring without knowing it, but the hotel took the initiative to return it when he checked out, which made my friend overjoyed. The buffet breakfast is located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is not very rich, but it is exquisite and delicious. Tokushima is very quiet. The sun has not yet completely set. Around four or five o'clock in the afternoon, the streets of Tokushima seem particularly deserted. Perhaps it is the chill of late autumn that has swept away people's enthusiasm for shopping. There are almost no people on the main streets in the city, and there are no tourists. The shops also closed early in the biting cold wind. Walking on the street, the only sound I could hear besides the sound of cars passing by was my own footsteps. The girls and boys dancing the Awa Odori standing at the bridgehead of Shinmachi River made me seem to have found a little bit of popularity. Perhaps, we need to wait until the Awa Odori Festival to see the excitement of Tokushima. Who says it isn’t? Escaping from the hustle and bustle and finding a quiet little town is the ideal of traveling. Maybe such a little town and such a hotel are just what you want… ⋯⋯

It's a pity that we didn't book a non-smoking room. There was a slight smell of cigarettes, but it was much better after spraying the deodorizing spray. The location is a little far from the station, so you have to walk a distance with your luggage. There is only one convenience store across the street nearby. But it is very close to the Awa Odori Hall and the Bizan Cable Car, and that is the only advantage it has. If possible, it would be more convenient to book a hotel near the station.

It's in an easy-to-find location, parking is easy to use, and the downtown area is within walking distance. Breakfast is served in the lobby right in front of the front desk, so it can get a little busy in the morning.

The front desk service attitude is very good 👍 The breakfast dishes change every day, and they tend to be sweet. Ordinary twin rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is very narrow. The walls are not very soundproof There is a lot of passenger flow every day, mostly business travelers. The bathroom is cleaned every four days, and new towels are prepared and hung on the door handle every day.

Breakfast was also delicious. It was also nice that it was close to the town and the Awa Odori Hall. I'd like to stay here again if I go to Tokushima next time.

It felt better than the first time I stayed there, because this time I lived on the 5th floor and could see the cable car of Meishan running up and down from the window. There was also a very delicious sesame oil chicken leg for breakfast, which was great. This hotel is not far east from the bustling commercial district of Tokushima. I will go there more next time I come.
