My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. It's a wonderful hotel that keeps getting better and better, and makes me feel sad that it will become a distant presence.

The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

This newly opened Bulgari Hotel still has a lot of problems: 1 If you don’t drive in, you have to go through a shopping mall every time, and it’s impossible to take a taxi all the time when you go out. Every time you come back, you have to go through the back door. 2 There is basically no service at all. When checking in, it said that non-alcoholic drinks are free, but the actual checkout juice is 2,500 yen a bottle, which feels very bad. 3 With the price of 1w8rmb, you can live in a hotel with better location and service in ginza, and there are also a bunch of Japanese people complaining about it in Google reviews. 4 The concierge department of this hotel booked restaurants almost a month in advance, and only one can be booked after giving a list of more than a dozen restaurants. The hotel has almost no strength in this regard.

The location is really good, coupled with the good maintenance after the new renovation, the overall facilities are really good. It's just that the room size is a bit not particularly spacious. The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is extremely central to Ginza and it’s rare u get such nice hotel there with this price and size! Would come back again.

The location is very close to Ginza. The last time I lived in Yamato. I found this room was super close to Daiwa. The toilet in the room is much larger than the average hotel. The only down side is the room is too small but other than all good. There is also a 2-in-1 washer cum dryer at level 1 which is good & convenient for pple who wants to wash their clothes.

It was very late when I arrived, and the front desk was an enthusiastic Osakan. Seeing the Kobe address written on my residence card, I chatted with me enthusiastically, introduced the hotel environment, and said that the headquarters is in Kobe, and this one in Tokyo is a branch. I was shocked haha . The only dissatisfaction is that the table is relatively small, which is not suitable for office and study. If there is no need for this aspect, it is natural to ignore it~ The overall accommodation experience is quite good, but it is a pity that I did not see the Osakan when I checked out the next morning. It should be the store manager, haha.

Arrived close to midnight and was I glad the front desk was open and check in process was smooth. Adorable wall design gives it a fun and relax environment. Size of the room for solo traveller is just nice. It comes with a long built-in bench by the side of the wall for smaller bags and is nice to have somewhere to sit besides the bed. Location is in the vicinity to JR Tokyo station which makes it convenient if you need to travel via the bullet train to the next destination. Only stayed for a night so didn't get to use any of the facilities so can't comment on that.

The room was very small but enough for a solo traveller ”semi-double room”. Good bathroom with a big bathtub which was great after exploring Tokyo all day. The location was great, very close to both Tokyo Station and Yurakucho station making it an excellent base to further explore Tokyo. The wifi however was terrible, the connection would often drop or be very low so that needs working on. The staff were curteous and professional though I did not interact with them very much.
