The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is extremely central to Ginza and it’s rare u get such nice hotel there with this price and size! Would come back again.

If you want the classic exquisite hotel experience, this is the place. They have bell boy, they deliver news paper in the morning, larger bathroom and bedroom space. Also very nice view of the Tokyo. On some rooms, you can see the trains come and go at the Shimbashi Train Station. The hotel is right next to the Shimbashi Train Station, so a great place to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Overall we all loved the stay here.

Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. It's a wonderful hotel that keeps getting better and better, and makes me feel sad that it will become a distant presence.

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during New Year’s holiday. We really loved staying there. The room is not very spacious but the layout and size is adequate for us given the hotel is located in Tokyo. The room is clean with very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is in the centre of Ginza. A convenience store is just on the ground floor of the hotel. We definitely would love to stay there again.

Perhaps there is a considerable difference in the satisfaction of the stay on the lower or higher floors from the street facing the room. The lower floor facing the opposite side of the hotel entrance is painful because of the cheers of the shop staff at night and the horn of the car until after midnight. The bad scenery doesn't bother me if the curtains are closed, but the sound comes in. I also feel that the bed width is short, but is it okay for foreigners? The bath is spacious in a compact but luxurious room, but the noise is crushing their advantages. I stayed for the theater and it was convenient because it was close to the theater and the station, but I don't want to stay again if I was assigned to the room on the back alley.

I thought the location was great: plenty of food options around for breakfast, lunch and dinner; the combination of luxury shopping streets and skyscrapers with the rustic traditional Japanese izakayas. The description of the hotel is accurate; rooms are clean and comfortable; all the amenities are super useful and well thought through. Service was very polite and nice.

Surrounded around the area of the ginza corridor which is the area of loads of food stall, super easy accessibility to barneys ginza and other bigger high end brands too. Breakfast is pretty boring but tasty nontheless. Rooms is totally totally amazing with all the great sound system and very clean and pretty spacious for japan standard. Location is very good as it is nearby the JR station, walking to the station within 5 minutes. There had 3-4 convenient stores around the hotel. We can buy the drinks and desserts at night. HAHA The staff was nice and helped me to change the non-smoke room as I booked the smoking room with misunderstanding. You can deposit the luggages at the lobby a day for free, so you don't need to take your gips to everywhere during the trips. However, the facilities and appliances were a bit old. The wall in the bathroom turned yellow.
