This hotel has a bath where you can stretch your legs, which is rare among business hotels, and although it's older, it's more than worth it considering the price. However, I used it for an event, but I don't think I will use it in the future. Although they claim to aim for a 5-star business hotel, the advance reservation period has been shortened from 6 months to 3 months, and they are disrespecting customers with regular schedules. It would be fine if the advance reservation was made 3 months in advance for this reason, but I was dissatisfied because I could no longer make the reservation without any explanation. If that happens, you'll end up with a cheap "only" hotel, and you'll probably want to look elsewhere because it would be better elsewhere.

I understand that many customers are busy dealing with customers, but I think that greeting customers is the basis of the service industry, assuming that they are first-time users. No one says a word when I pass by the front desk? At other hotels, they say something like "Welcome back!" Although there are many business and sightseeing people, I think it is basic.

It's reasonably priced and in a good location, so I often use it when I'm on a business trip. However, when I search on my smartphone, the website seems a bit old-fashioned and hard to read, which is a bit disappointing. I'm satisfied with the service itself, so I'd like to continue using it in the future.
