While the location is good, it seems that Trip.com bookings don't automatically send key information. I had a really hard time getting into the room and ended up having to wait for someone to come back and help me. This is definitely not acceptable without prior notification before booking. Also, all amenities, including towels, cost extra, which made me wonder if I would have saved money staying elsewhere.

The dorm room was very quiet, and the futon was so fluffy and comfortable that I slept really well. Since I was on the bottom bunk, the light peeking through the gap above the curtain bothered me a bit, but once I put on a hot eye mask, I had no trouble sleeping. I'd read reviews saying the hairdryer was weak, but it seems they've replaced it, as it was powerful and dried my hair quickly. If you're someone who doesn't fuss over minor details and just wants a safe, comfortable place to sleep, this is for you! The location is great, and I think it offers excellent value for money.

The shower room was fully equipped with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, and it was great to have free access to a hairdryer! I was also surprised to find a water dispenser, instant coffee, and tea bags readily available. I couldn't believe how many amenities were offered for such an affordable stay. Being able to store valuables in a locker gave me peace of mind. Although I personally had a slight issue with check-in, I would definitely like to stay here again!
