The facilities are passable, but location is not the most continent. The public bath was fun but crowded. I wouldn't choose it for its location.

As always all Japan hotel are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Near in 2 Tokyo subway. Will definitely come back.

The hotel itself is in a very quiet place. There are no noisy bars in a street. But there are a lot of places to drink and eat something on nearest streets. Except maybe breakfasts. Every day it was a quest for us to find anything in the morning. We didn’t buy breakfast in the hotel and did it only in check-out date, but breakfast was poor (but tasty). Hotel’s location is very comfortable. There are at least 4 metro stations from which you can go anywhere in Tokyo. There are a lot of shopping malls near it also.

The service is very bad. I waited 30 mins to collect back my luggage without any help. Wouldn’t book this hotel next time.

The size of the room is okay. It is a small Japanese-style room that is very practical for eating and playing computer. There are makeup lights on the left and right sides of the mirror on the dressing table. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, and a hair straightener in the room. The equipment such as ion clamps, foot massagers, and shoe dryers are really surprising. There are two sockets and USB sockets at each bedside. The bedside lamps can be adjusted step by step. There is a public bath and a viewing platform on the top floor, with Free ice cream is available 24 hours a day. There is a public laundry and drying facility. This time I stayed on the ninth floor and it was really quiet at night. This time, I was in a hurry on my return trip, so I asked the counter to help me call a taxi to catch the bus, and I caught it quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was pretty good. The only drawback is that the hotel is still a short distance from the subway. If you have large luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi for a journey of 1 or 2 kilometers, which will save you worry and effort at most 1,000 yen or 2,000 yen.

I like the public bathhouse the best. The friendly staff is also nice~! The bathroom in the room smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke.

There is a Chinese customer service, and my friends help me book or I can book by myself. I stayed here for almost a week, and there are many restaurants that locals like around. I stayed at an Ibis in Kyoto in 2019. During the peak summer season, accommodation fees were very expensive. It would be nice to have more preferential treatment for consecutive guests.

5 points for transportation, it is really convenient; 1 point for facilities, it is really too noisy! This time I stayed for five nights, the room cost about 1,000 yuan, the bed was 1.4 meters, the area where the suitcases could not be laid out flat, and the noise gave me a headache! To be honest, the Chinese guy at the front desk (probably the manager) assigned us a room next to the elevator on the 10th floor when we checked in on the first night. It was so noisy! Because I was so tired, I said forget it when my teammates asked me to change rooms, and I was too lazy to bother; I went to Disney for a day the next day, and thought about having to clean up and change rooms, so I decided to endure it. It was just a matter of sleeping for one night; I came back in the afternoon of the third day and wanted to have a good lunch break, but the noise made my head explode. The buzzing sound was too loud, and it was impossible for it to come from the central air conditioning; I couldn’t bear it anymore, so I went down to the front desk to ask for an investigation and a change of room; the attitude of the front desk was still very good, saying that it was the sound of the washing machine in the laundry room upstairs, and originally said that I should buy earplugs to endure it and change rooms the next day? Is this testing my bottom line? ? ? After decisively refusing, I waited for a while and got a room. I moved to the 9th floor. The noise was indeed much smaller, but I could still clearly hear the rhythmic humming sound when I was quiet. Forget it, just treat it as the noise caused by the air conditioner at home. Oh my god, this hotel is good in everything. The location is good and many lines can be reached by foot. There is a small hot spring on the top floor, free ice cream (children's favorite), massagers in the room, and the service details are really in place. But those who are sensitive to sound really can't live in high-rise rooms, because the washing machine is on the 11th floor, and it really resonates and makes a terrible noise.

The hotel is close to the subway station and there are many convenience stores nearby, which makes it very convenient to get in and out. I need to remind you that if you want to take the subway to Narita Airport, you need to transfer to another station. The most important thing is that it is quiet and hygienic, very satisfied 👍.
